ThinkifyEdu is designed to support learning, productivity, and responsible use of AI-powered educational tools. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to use ThinkifyEdu in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, institutional rules, and this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Activities: You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security controls; reverse engineer or extract source code; interfere with platform operations; upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; or use ThinkifyEdu to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm others. Use of the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, identity theft, or violation of third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Academic Integrity: ThinkifyEdu is not intended to facilitate academic dishonesty. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools complies with your institution’s academic integrity policies. AI-generated content must be reviewed, edited, and personalized before submission. If your institution restricts or prohibits certain uses of AI, you must follow those rules.

Content & Prompts: You must not submit prompts, files, or content that are illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate. ThinkifyEdu may restrict, filter, or block prompts and uploads that appear to violate this policy or pose risk to users or the platform.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting functionality, suspending access, or terminating accounts. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or comply with lawful requests where required.
