Your role in security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Use a strong, unique password, avoid sharing your account, and sign out of shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, unusual account activity, or security concerns, contact support@thinkifyedu.com immediately.
Incident response: If we become aware of a security incident involving personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and remediate the issue. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notifications to affected users and/or relevant authorities. In some circumstances, we may temporarily restrict access to protect users and system integrity.
Responsible disclosure: If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@thinkifyedu.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have an opportunity to investigate and mitigate them. You agree not to attempt to access data that is not yours, run destructive testing, or disrupt service availability.
No absolute guarantee: While we work to protect the platform, no online service can guarantee absolute security. By using ThinkifyEdu, you acknowledge that security risks can never be fully eliminated.
