Subscriptions & Billing Policy

ThinkifyEdu offers subscription-based access to its tools and services. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are shown on our website at the time you sign up or purchase a plan. By starting a subscription (including a trial), you authorize ThinkifyEdu and our payment processing partners to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method in accordance with the plan you choose.

Free Trial: We offer a 3-day trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged USD $25 for the subscription period shown at checkout. Trial eligibility, availability, and limits may vary and can be changed at any time.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period (or until the end of the trial if you cancel during the trial). To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the renewal or trial end date shown in your account or checkout.

Renewals: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Renewal charges are processed using your selected payment method.

Usage Limits: Many plans include daily or periodic usage limits to support fair access and platform stability. Limits may reset on a rolling schedule (typically every 24 hours) unless your plan specifies otherwise. Unused usage does not roll over and is not convertible to cash, credits, or refunds. We may apply rate limits, anti-abuse protections, and security checks to safeguard users and the platform.

Billing & Payment Issues: You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the transaction, suspend access, or require you to update your payment method before continuing. If you suspect unauthorized billing activity, contact support@thinkifyedu.com as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Non-Refundable: Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods, unused usage limits, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before renewal. Please review the plan details before purchase.

Changes: ThinkifyEdu may update pricing, plans, limits, and included features from time to time to reflect product improvements, costs, or legal requirements. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of changes. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated billing terms.
