Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: January 2026

ThinkifyEdu provides digital, on-demand services that are delivered immediately upon access. Because our AI-powered services can be used instantly and may involve direct processing costs, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy. By purchasing a subscription or using the platform, you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it is provided to allow users to evaluate the platform before paid billing begins. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically and the applicable subscription fee will be charged as presented at checkout.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges already processed for the current billing period. After cancellation, you will typically retain access until the end of your current paid term (or trial period), unless your access is suspended or terminated for violations of our policies.

Refund Exceptions (Limited): We may review refund requests only in limited circumstances, such as: (a) verified duplicate charges, (b) confirmed billing errors, or (c) a prolonged service outage that materially prevents access to core tools. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge and must include the account email, the charge date, and a brief explanation.

If a refund is approved, it is issued at ThinkifyEdu’s sole discretion and may be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider or your financial institution.

Chargebacks & Disputes: If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact support@thinkifyedu.com before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. For general service rules, please review our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.
